The WIWA 410.09 and 600.12 series are suitable for processing epoxy and water-based thick materials and mortars, such as cement mortar, cement-bound fire protection materials, cement slurries and filled vinyl esters. Unlike screw pumps, WIWA THICK-LAYER PUMPS can be easily flushed and cleaned with thinner. This makes them ideal for processing epoxy-based materials. Thanks to the use of quick couplings, the material pumps, which consist of only a few parts, can be dismantled, cleaned and reassembled very quickly, which is particularly important given today's short processing times. The feed hopper is also easy to remove. Quick maintenance significantly reduces downtime, especially on construction sites. The large-volume pumps are equipped with extra-large passages and, due to the slow pump speed, have very low wear even at high material throughput.
