Register return

If possible, report returns within Germany in advance via the returns portal. This means we can assign the shipment more quickly and clearly.

Pack goods securely

Please send the goods back complete and safe for transport, if possible in the original packaging. Please enclose a clear identification with the order.

Process returns

Shipments that have not been registered in advance may be delayed due to the required allocation. Legal rights remain unaffected.

If you order as a consumer, you generally have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days to revoke without giving reasons.

In the case of a uniform delivery of goods, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the goods. For other types of delivery, a different start date may apply.

You can use the returns portal or inform us of your decision to withdraw with a clear statement, for example by email info@beschicht.com.

After declaring your cancellation, you must return the goods immediately and at the latest within 14 days. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

We will refund the payments received, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered, no later than 14 days from receipt of the cancellation. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return - whichever is earlier. The repayment is generally made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

When it comes to contracts with companies, this is generally the case no statutory right of withdrawal or return. A return can only take place after prior examination and on a voluntary basis.

If the packaging is opened, there is damage or signs of wear, a restocking fee may be charged or the return may be refused as part of a voluntary return. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected.

When exercising the statutory right of cancellation, consumers bear the direct return costs in accordance with the cancellation policy. In the context of voluntary B2B returns, the buyer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

If there is a product defect or delivery error, the statutory rights and the agreements made in this regard apply.
