Customs Clearance & DAP Delivery Terms

Deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom (UK), the USA, Canada, and other export countries are made according to DAP (Delivered at Place – Incoterms® 2020). This means that any customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred in the destination country are to be paid by the customer.

For orders over €1,000 shipped to Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Canada, and other export countries, an additional customs clearance fee (€25) applies.

Freight Shipping Costs

The listed shipping costs apply to parcel shipments up to 40 kg. For heavier or oversized shipments, individual freight forwarding costs are calculated based on weight and volume.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped on the same business day, provided the items are in stock. Product availability is displayed in the online shop.
