Filters & dust bags – compatible consumables for your extractor
Filters and dust bags are matched to the specific extractor and its application. Main filters, prefilters, collection bags and disposal systems perform different functions and are not freely interchangeable. For reliable reordering, you therefore need the exact equipment model and approved version. A visually similar filter or bag is not a reliable substitute.
Match equipment range and article number
Identify the exact model designation and, where applicable, equipment generation. Connections, sealing surfaces and bag mounts can differ even with similar container sizes. Compare the manufacturer's article number against the spare-parts or accessories list. The extractor's capacity in litres alone is insufficient for unambiguous identification.
Assess filter and collection system separately
Filter and bag are components of an approved complete system. A bag does not automatically replace the intended main filter, and a different filter designation does not independently change the equipment's dust class. Also consider compatibility with automatic filter cleaning. Use only the combination intended for the model and application.
Replacement timing according to condition and instructions
Fill indicators, warnings and weakening extraction may require inspection. Also check hose and connections to exclude another cause. Damaged seals or filters cannot be repaired by more frequent tapping. Cleaning methods such as blowing out or washing are permitted only if expressly specified by the manufacturer for the part concerned.
Handle contaminated parts carefully
During replacement, already collected dust should not be unnecessarily released again. Follow sealing, removal and disposal instructions for the equipment and collection system, along with required protective measures. Emptying does not automatically make disposable bags reusable. For possible wet operation, observe the separate specifications on filter and bag use.

Can I empty a full disposable bag and reuse it?
Only if the product is expressly designed to be reusable. Follow the intended replacement procedure for disposable bags; emptying may impair the closure and dust retention.
May every filter be washed?
No. Material and construction determine permitted cleaning. Follow the specific instructions and replace damaged filters with an approved version.
Which bag fits my extractor?
Manufacturer, exact model designation and the corresponding accessory number are decisive. Similar shape or matching container capacity is insufficient evidence of compatibility.
