Pipes with a diameter of 50 - 800 mm are coated from the inside with a centrifugal wheel without turning the pipe. The coating is applied during the reverse movement of the traverse unit. For pipes with a diameter of 50 - 100 mm, a centrifugal wheel with two centring devices suitable for the corresponding pipe diameter is required. For pipes with a diameter of 100 - 400 mm (optionally up to 800 mm), we offer continuously adjustable centring devices. A complete set of equipment for pipe interior coating with centrifugal wheels includes a control unit with automatic valve for mounting on the pump, including all material and air hoses. Based on this equipment, we also offer a hand gun for manual internal coating of pipes, bends and angles up to 3 m in length. The size and shape of the centrifugal wheel depend on the pipe diameter and the materials.
