D25 foil bags for Tieser distillation units – Solvent Series DIstatic, Type D25. D25 foil bags for use in Tieser distillation units; these foil bags allow paint residues to be easily removed from the kettle after distillation. The foil bags are made of polyamide and are highly heat-resistant; they are safe to use in the following areas: Gas: Zones 0, 1 and 2 for gas groups (explosion groups) IIA and IIB Dust: Zones 20, 21, 22 for all dust groups To ensure that incorrect or unsuitable film bags are not used in potentially explosive atmospheres, our film bags feature a safety imprint that clearly documents compliance with the relevant standards. Our printed film bags, types D12 and D25, also feature a die-cut opening, which makes it easier to fit them around the steam collection pipe. The clipped film bags provide additional stability; we recommend these for heavier loads that place strain on the bags. To ensure that the bags do not stick to the boiler and are not damaged when removed, care must also be taken to keep the boiler clean at all times (we recommend the use of an anti-adhesive agent).
