The SR 63 compressed air hood is a high-performance respiratory protection system with a continuous air supply for connection to a compressed air source, and is ideal for heavy, prolonged and high-stress work. It offers reliable protection in environments with hard-to-detect or particularly toxic pollutants, whilst ensuring a high level of comfort and safety.

System & Application

The compressed air hood is designed for operation with a suitable compressed air supply and generates a continuous air flow to ensure a safe supply of breathing air. It is particularly suitable for applications where filter-based devices reach their limits or cannot be used, such as in cases of high concentrations of harmful substances or the absence of warning indicators.

Thanks to the use of materials that do not generate sparks when rubbed, the hood can also be used in potentially explosive and fire-hazardous areas. The chemical-resistant design enables use in demanding industrial environments.

Integrated components such as the flow meter and warning whistle enable continuous monitoring of the air supply, whilst the control valve attached to the belt allows for precise adjustment of the air flow.
