System & Application
The SR 580 safety helmet is part of a fan-assisted respiratory protection system and can be combined with the SR 500 or SR 700 fan units. Filtered air is supplied via a hose and creates a slight positive pressure inside the helmet, thereby preventing the ingress of particles and harmful substances.
The SR 588-2 visor (2/3 version) with protection level EN 5 has been specially developed for applications involving intense light emissions. It offers protection during:

In addition, the system protects the face, head and respiratory tract and can also be used in combination with compressed air systems. The continuous air supply ensures a high level of comfort and reduces misting on the visor.
