Mirka® Galaxy, the new, innovative abrasive, combines effectiveness with a long service life without clogging, thanks to a new, self-sharpening ceramic grain and its Multifit perforation. The blue ceramic grain remains permanently sharp, as its structure causes it to fracture during use, thereby creating a self-sharpening effect. Mirka® Galaxy utilises the new Mirka Multifit concept – thanks to the optimal placement of the holes, the abrasive can be used on any machine as required, without the need for special alignment. The Multifit hole pattern strikes the perfect balance between long service life and dust extraction. The Mirka® Galaxy range is based on a coated polyester film backing and is available across the full grit range, from coarse 40-grit to fine 2000-grit. Mirka® Galaxy is the ideal all-round product and can be used on both soft and hard surfaces.
