Peristaltic technology – gentle on materials & reliable

The PC30 conveys the material via a flexible hose that is mechanically compressed. This means that the conveyed medium only comes into contact with the hose – no valves, no seals in the material flow.

This principle guarantees particularly even delivery, minimises maintenance and enables the processing of sensitive, abrasive or fibrous materials.

Various system and accessory componentsare available for operation, allowing the PC30 to be adapted to different applications. The PC30 is available as a basic unit or as a complete SprayPack. An external compressor is used for the spraying technology.

Accessories include spray lances in various designs, which enable short, long or angled material application depending on the area of application. All spray lances are supplied complete with a 6.5 mm nozzle and are ready for immediate use.

Suitable hose systemsare available for the material and air supply. The material hose with NW25 enables reliable delivery of the coating material, while the air hose ensures the compressed air supply to the pneumatic components. The spray lance is available in different lengths and angles.
