Maspra Mini High-Pressure Internal Pipe Coating System (without nozzle system) - Pipe diameter: Ø 50–250 mm
Scope of delivery
The Mini and Big internal pipe coating systems enable uniform coating of pipes of various diameters. The systems are designed for professional applications and ensure controlled material distribution within pipes and hollow structures.
Both variants use an 11/16" diffuser and feature a 1/4" hose connection. The actual omnidirectional nozzle systems and matching extensions are available separately and can be combined individually depending on the application.
System & Operating Principle
The coating units are positioned centrally within the pipe and ensure even distribution of the coating material along the inner surface. The sturdy guide arms keep the system centred during the coating process, thereby achieving an even application along the pipe wall.
Thanks to the modular design, nozzles, extensions and omnidirectional nozzle systems can be adapted to suit the pipe diameter and application .
