Scope of delivery
With a gear ratio of 48:1, a large stroke volume of 110 cc and a delivery rate of 6.6 l/min, the PP48 is a robust solution for large-area coating and highly viscous materials.
System & operating principle
The PP48 operates as a pneumatic piston pump in which the
delivery piston is driven directly by compressed air.
This principle enables spark-free, low-maintenance delivery and is
ideal for use in sensitive industrial environments.
The high 48:1 transmission ratio allows very high
material pressures to be built up while maintaining a smooth delivery movement.
The integrated HD filter housing ensures clean
material preparation and protects downstream components.

Variants & designs of the PP48
