Scope of delivery
With a transmission ratio of 30:1, a stroke volume of 40 cc and a delivery rate of 3.8 l/min, the PP30-UP is a reliable solution for medium material quantities and continuous coating processes.
System & operating principle
The PP30-UP operates as a pneumatic piston pump.
The piston is driven directly by compressed air, ensuring robust,
low-maintenance and spark-free delivery.
The 30:1 transmission ratio enables high material pressures to be built up
while maintaining a controlled delivery rate.
In conjunction with suitable guns, the system can be used for both
classic airless and AirCombi applications.
The integrated 6-litre upper tank with return line and
HD filter housing ensures clean material flow and
even application.
