Scope of delivery
With a gear ratio of 30:1, a displacement of 40 ccm and a flow rate of 3.8 l/min, the PP30-UP is a reliable solution for medium-sized quantities of material and continuous coating processes.
System & Operating Principle
The PP30-UP operates as a pneumatic piston pump. The piston is driven directly by compressed air, ensuring robust, low-maintenance and spark-free material delivery.
The 30:1 gear ratio enables high material pressures to be built up whilst maintaining a controlled flow rate. When used with suitable spray guns, the system can be employed for both traditional airless and AirCombi applications.
The integrated 6-litre upper tank with return line and high-pressure filter housing ensures clean material flow and consistent application.
