The air caps of the DeVilbiss DV1 Basecoat, with their advanced internal geometry, ensure a perfectly even spray pattern for a perfect finish. Low air pressure ensures improved control of the spray pattern, consistency in atomisation optimisation and application efficiency. A new combined air inlet and air control valve with 12 times more precise sensitivity ensures more even air control. A uniform colour spectrum ensures the best possible colour matching. The new advanced colour nozzle design reduces turbulence, which prevents a cloud effect. The DV1 makes significantly less noise when working, which is particularly pleasant when working for long periods.
