Why does my digital display not show any values or is permanently lit?
If the digital display does not show any values or is stuck on one, this could be caused by cleaning fluid entering the air channels. Incorrect cleaning can impair the function of the display.
What action should be taken in the event of a defective digital display?
- Send to SATA service or sales partner: If there are any problems with the digital display, it is recommended to send the spray gun to SATA service or the corresponding sales partner for inspection.
- Note: When cleaning in the washing unit, the spray gun should always be pressurised to prevent liquids from entering it. In addition, the spray gun should never be placed in solvent.
What causes a missing or permanent display?
- Cleaning fluid in the air channels: Fluid entering the air channels can block the cross hole that transmits the impulse to the digital display.
- Defective digital display (rare ): In rare cases, there may be a genuine defect in the digital display, but this is rather unlikely.
