Quality Checklist: Before Each Use

Mechanical Check
  • Check all screws for tight fit
  • Tighten paint nozzle hand-tight (14 Nm)
  • Check locking screw for secure fit

Spray Pattern Control
  • Align air nozzle (vertical/horizontal spray)
  • Check round/wide jet regulation
  • Test material flow regulation
  • Check spray pattern on test panel

Note: After every cleaning, check spray pattern. Use only SATA cleaning brushes/needles.

Pro Tip (Reference Value): Nozzle sets are hand-adjusted and must be replaced as a complete unit. With fully opened material flow regulation, wear on the paint nozzle and needle is minimal.

  • Air piston/micrometer: In case of air leakage without trigger activation.
  • Round/wide jet spindle: In case of air leakage or malfunction of regulation.

Note: After every replacement, reset material flow according to chapter 7.2.
