- Locking screw [1-14] firmly installed (max. 1 Nm)
- Blow out compressed air line thoroughly
- No damage or missing parts
- Use only SATA original spare parts
- Workplace free of ignition sources

- No acid-, alkali-, or gasoline-containing media
- Do not use with impaired reaction ability
- No unauthorized modifications

Assembly Instructions: Changing the Nozzle Set
Disassembly of the Nozzle Set
- Interrupt compressed air supply to the air connection [1-8]
- Loosen locknut [1-4]
- Unscrew adjusting screw [1-3] with locknut from gun body
- Remove spring and paint needle [7-3]
- Unscrew air nozzle [7-1]
- Unscrew paint nozzle [7-2] from gun body with universal wrench
Assembly of the New Nozzle Set
- Screw paint nozzle [7-5] into gun body with universal wrench
- Screw on air nozzle [7-1]
- Insert paint needle [7-3] and spring
- Screw in adjusting screw [1-3] with locknut
- Tighten locknut [1-4]
