Colad BodyGuard® Sleeveless Undershirt – the clean, comfortable base layer for paint professionals
For a dust-reduced painting process and maximum comfort: the BodyGuard® undershirt uses breathable birdseye knit with 1% carbon for antistatic performance, doesn’t cling to body or suit, and doesn’t attract dust. Available in short-sleeve and sleeveless versions—ideal under the Colad BodyGuard® Paint Suit or other paint overalls.

Recommended base settings (guidelines)
- Fit: choose a snug, elastic fit for freedom of movement.
- Layering: wear directly on the skin with the paint suit over it to prevent sticking and heat build-up.
- Climate: birdseye knit helps regulate temperature (cooler in summer, warmer in winter).
- Cleanliness: put on fresh and dry; avoid dust-catching textiles.
- Compatibility: optimal under Colad BodyGuard® Paint Suit, also suitable under other suits.
Pro workflow: dust-reduced painting in 6 steps
- Select the right size S–XXL (snug fit).
- Put on the undershirt, smooth folds, check dry fit.
- Put the paint suit (e.g., BodyGuard® 5200xx) over it.
- Add PPE: nitrile gloves, respirator, safety goggles.
- Work in a dry, dust-reduced booth; take short breaks in heat.
- After the shift, store undershirt dry; replace when worn.
