An innovation in application efficiency
FOR WATER- OR SOLVENT-BASED APPLICATIONS Binks® AG-364 Airless Spray GunHigh-quality results: faster, easier and more efficient
With the introduction of our latest innovation – the Binks® AG-364 airless air gun – we offer improved transfer efficiency and an efficient process for keeping the machine easier to clean. The high-quality airless spray gun is available as a stub or with circulation in the adapter, helping you to minimise paint waste and cleaning time. The AG-364 achieves optimal transfer efficiency and thus less paint mist, a cleaner environment and reduced coating costs per part. In addition, a softer, more even spray pattern enables materials to be applied consistently to complex parts and surfaces. The nozzle holder can be indexed in 45 degree increments and is fully adjustable without the use of an insert. The versatility of the nozzles used in the AG-364 gun allows for a complete, flexible solution for the modern coating applicator.complete, flexible solution for the modern coating applicator. We supply systems and accessories for today's applicators, including manual and automatic applications at low and high pressure, airless and air-assisted airless painting systems, pumps and regulators at low and high pressure, pressure tanks, electronic 2K paint mixing systems, paint circulation systems, filters and strainers, cabin accessories, breathing apparatus and safety equipment. The nozzles used enable the application of most wood coating materials. The AG-364 gun is part of the proven AG product family and simplifies the conversion from air-assisted to airless versions. It uses the same pumps, material feed rates, regulators and pressure ranges to ensure a smooth transition.- Easy upgrade: Uses the same parts as the AirCombi and Airless versions.
- The spray gun adapters are available both as a tap version and also with circulation.
- Improved transfer efficiency means less paint mist and savings in time and material.
- Nozzle holder indexing in 45 degree increments (fully adjustable without tools).
- A softer, more even spray pattern also ensures uniform application.
- Versatile nozzles for wood painting.
