The curved Type 4 stainless steel filter housings have been developed for the filtration of coating materials in high-pressure and airless spray systems. Their angled design allows for space-saving installation and optimised pipework routing in complex system configurations. The filter housings are supplied complete with an FM2004 filter (100 mesh) and are designed for operating pressures of up to 500 bar (7250 psi).

Applications

The stainless steel filter housings are integrated directly into the material line and ensure the reliable filtration of coating materials. The integrated filter unit retains particles and contaminants, thereby protecting nozzles, spray guns, valves and other system components. The angled design is particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space or complex pipework layouts.
