Scope of delivery
The SR 221 pre-filter serves as an effective preliminary stage for particle and combination filters and protects them from premature clogging caused by coarse particles. Using the pre-filter significantly extends the service life of the main filters and improves the efficiency of the entire respiratory protection system.
System & Application
The SR 221 is inserted into the pre-filter holder and then fitted onto particle or combination filters. It captures larger particles before they reach the main filter , thereby reducing wear and maintenance requirements.
The pre-filter is compatible with various Sundström filters, including particle filters from the SR 510 and SR 710 series, as well as corresponding combination filters. It is suitable for industrial applications where high dust levels occur and a longer filter service life is required.
