With the new SATAjet K 1800 spray mix, SATA is adding an innovative new product to its spray gun range in the field of ultra-high pressure application.

With the "spray mix technology", the material is applied using the ultra-high pressure process. The resulting pre-formed airless spray jet is supplied with compressed air via the air nozzle in order to mould the spray jet and create an even droplet distribution. This results in a homogeneous material application for the highest surface quality.

The new lightweight in this gun class with a balanced centre of gravity combines an ergonomically optimised design with a balanced range of nozzles and the innovative clampLock paint needle system:

• The ergonomic design in conjunction with the low trigger force of just 24 Newton metres enables low-fatigue working, even during prolonged painting work.
• Due to its low weight, the SATAjet K 1800 spray mix is ideal for continuous and time-intensive coating processes.
• The innovative, two-part SATA clampLock paint needle simplifies maintenance.
