SATA adam 2 - always keeping an eye on the pressure

In order to achieve the right colour tone when painting, the correctly set inlet pressure on the gun is crucial. If this is too low or too high, the colour shade can deviate. This results in expensive reworking that disrupts the operating process. The error cause "incorrect inlet flow pressure" can be eliminated with SATA digital spray guns or with the appropriate accessories.

SATA adam 2

The SATA adam 2 is the compact retrofit solution for SATA spray guns. It consists of two components: The dock replaces the gun's air micrometer and enables quick and precise adjustment of the inlet pressure (+/- 0.05 bar). The high-precision measuring electronics required for this are located in the display. This can be securely snapped onto and removed from the "dock" in no time at all - for example, before cleaning the spray gun in a cleaning programme.

To sera_t or to use the "display" on another spray gun with a pre-mounted "dock". The "docks" are available separately so that you can equip all your SATA spray guns with them. Your advantage: With practically just one display, you can "digitalise" your entire spray gun fleet at low cost. By the way: The "display" is simply cleaned with a cloth soaked in cleaning agent.

SATA adam 2 U (= Universal)

With the universal version, you can digitise spray guns at the air inlet, such as the SATA dry jet dry blow gun or spray guns from other manufacturers. You can set the pressure precisely using an adjusting screw on the U dock.

This adapter opens up even more possibilities for digital pressure measurement. In combination with the display, it replaces all analogue pressure gauges with a 1/8" male hand thread, e.g. on pneumatic systems or when digitally converting a SATA air micrometer with analogue pressure gauge Art. No. 27771 or the SATA filter units of the 400 series.
