The innovative labyrinth airflow system

Another breakthrough of the SATAjet X is the labyrinth airflow system. This concept guides the air in the nozzle so that it exits each hole at exactly the same pressure and free of turbulence and pulsation. This results in exceptionally fine and homogeneous atomisation – a completely new level of surface quality.

This innovation has a positive effect on both HVLP and RP technology, enabling even paint distribution and maximum material utilisation.

I-nozzle vs. O-nozzle – what's the difference?

I-nozzle (in-line ): produces a long, narrow spray pattern with softer transitions at the edges. Particularly good for controlled applications where precise lines and even coverage are required.
O-nozzle (oval ): produces a wider, oval spray pattern that is particularly suitable for large surfaces and fast paint application. The paint distribution is more intense, resulting in particularly high opacity.

The new X-nozzle combines the advantages of both variants and enables consistently high spray pattern control, regardless of the paint used or the ambient temperature.
