The following video shows how to clean the airless unit after finishing spraying on the construction site.
Procedure for cleaning TriTech airless units:
- First, remove the TriTech airless unit from the material and place it in solvent or water for cleaning.
- Remove the airless nozzle and switch the airless device back on, slowly increasing the pressure. Then simply spray with solvent or water into a separate container. Continue rinsing until the material on the airless gun is clean.
- Remove the material HD filter from the airless device and clean it manually. This can also be done quickly and easily with solvent or water. Then reinsert it into the material pressure regulator on the airless device.
- Remove the spray gun filter from the airless spray gun. Clean this airless filter with water or solvent and then reinsert it into the airless spray gun.
- Reinstall the airless nozzle in the airless gun and turn on clean and spray again.
After that, the airless device is perfectly prepared for the next use.
