The Tru-Cure UV LED unit is equipped with a unique lens that produces uniform UV intensity across the entire light cover, ensuring proper curing across the entire surface. Conventional UV units use standard lenses that can be inconsistent, possibly overcuring the centre area of objects while the outer edges are undercured. In addition, the Tru-Cure UV LED unit from Trisk | DeVilbiss delivers more energy (power) than competing units in this price range. The average intensity is 165 mW/cm2 at 10 cm (4") from the surface. The UV light intensity and energy is consistent throughout the entire battery charge life – whether the battery has a remaining capacity of 90% or 10%, the UV intensity remains unchanged.

The free-standing Tru-Clean™ GCS gun cleaning system from Trisk | DeVilbiss enables excellent cleaning, proper maintenance and a longer service life for spray guns.
The compact unit design offers installation flexibility and requires minimal space in paint mix rooms or dedicated cleaning areas. The powerful 10 L/min (2.6 gpm) pump at 6 bar (87 psi) ensures effective cleaning of demanding paints.
The convenient and simple user interface offers two activation options: the button for the automatic wash or the manual control via foot pedal, so that both hands can be used for manual rinsing.
The Tru-Clean GCS offers the option of washing application components used with solvent-based or water-based materials. This option is selected by the operator through the cleaning agent used with the gun cleaner. The unit is designed and suitable for processing both media types.

Our single stand infrared unit features a unique dimpled plate reflector that produces extremely even curing intensity and temperature across the entire surface. This ensures the fastest possible cure time while minimising the risk of overcuring or burning your parts.
In addition, the Tru-Cure IR lamp units from Trisk | DeVilbiss have a setting that allows them to be adjusted for both horizontal and vertical curing without putting additional strain on the lamp itself if it is constantly being moved by the operator.
The IR lamp unit can cure larger areas at 60°C and 70°C.
