SIZING WITH OUR TEMPLATE
- Download our template as a PDF: Template (PDF)
- Print out the PDF in DIN A4 format. In the printer settings, make sure that the document is printed in its original size. Page adjustment settings could distort the template and therefore the measurement results.
- Ensure that the document has been printed in its original size by measuring the printed measuring strip with a ruler.
- Cut out the template along the dotted line.
- Place the upper tip of the template at the root of your nose.
- Ask someone to read off the size range in which your chin ends. The size recommendations are for guidance only.
SIZING WITH A RULER
If you don't have a printer to hand, you can also measure the distance from the root of your nose to the tip of your chin with a ruler and compare it with the following values. The size recommendations are for guidance only.
