Scope of delivery
The Guard Cover & Rubber Shield Kit for the Mirka FBS-B13
is a protective assembly for the Mirka cordless belt sander.
The kit combines a protective cover with a
rubber shield that protects the belt system and adjacent
tool components during operation.
The cover reduces the ingress of
sanding dust and foreign particles into the belt system
whilst also contributing to safety when sanding
metal surfaces or weld seams.
System & operating principle
The protective assembly is mounted in the area of the belt system and forms a barrier between rotating components and the working environment. This keeps mechanical stresses, flying sparks and dust particles away from the drive system.
