The Mirka® FBS-B cordless belt sander is designed for repairing sheet metal and bodywork, for sanding weld spots and weld seams, as well as for vehicle construction and restoration. With its powerful and durable brushless electric motor, the lightweight, quiet Mirka FBS-B file belt sander is ideal for sanding weld seams and spot welds without the need for air hoses or compressed air. When used with Mirka filing and conditioning belts, the FBS-B filing belt sander delivers high material removal rates and a good surface finish when grinding weld spots and removing paint.

The cordless design of the Mirka FBS-B cordless file belt sander means you can work with complete freedom, without being restricted by cables or hoses, so that every weld spot, weld seam or area of rust is accessible.

The Mirka FBS-B is lightweight, manoeuvrable and ergonomic, with a rubberised grip that remains comfortable to hold even over prolonged periods. The Mirka FBS-B 10x330 weighs just 700 g without the battery and only around one kilogram with the built-in battery (the exact weight depends on the battery used), which reduces strain, particularly when working in awkward positions.

Decide whether you would like to purchase the tool with or without batteries and a charger. The model with batteries comes with two 5.0 Ah 11.1 V lithium-ion batteries and a charger. The 2.5 Ah 11.1 V Li-ion batteries are available separately. The 2.5 Ah battery is a lighter option for shorter jobs, whilst the 5.0 Ah battery offers longer runtime for extended use. The batteries share the same design as other Mirka cordless tools, including cordless sanders and polishers, as well as the Mirka® ANGOS ARG-B cordless sander.

Bluetooth connectivity offers additional features via the myMirka app, such as vibration measurement, speed range management and an auto-stop function (some features are accessible via in-app purchases).
