Scope of delivery
The Mirka Edge Protector for DEOS 81 × 133 mm
is a protective attachment for electric orbital sanders in the
Mirka DEOS series. This component protects the edges of the
sanding disc when sanding corners, edges and
hard-to-reach areas.
Using the edge protector not only
extends the service life of the sanding pad,
but also reduces the risk of damaging or scratching
adjacent surfaces.
System & operating principle
The edge guard is mounted directly onto the sander
and forms a protective barrier between the
sanding pad and adjacent components or
workpiece edges.
This allows the user to work precisely along
edges without damaging the sanding pad.
