Scope of delivery
The SERIES 3000 heating hose enables precise temperature control of coating materials in airless systems, thereby ensuring optimal processing conditions for demanding coating processes.
Thanks to the infinitely variable temperature control from 20–70 °C, the material temperature can be precisely adjusted to the specific coating material. Heating reduces the viscosity of the material, improves the spray pattern and ensures an even flow of material throughout the entire system.
System & Application
Heating hoses are used to bring highly viscous coating materials up to processing temperature. Controlled heating improves atomisation, reduces material consumption and ensures consistent coating quality.
The SERIES 3000 heating hose is designed for an operating pressure of up to 250 bar and is suitable for professional applications in industry, coating technology and paint shops. The system is compatible with all airless equipment.
