Maspra MICRO 4000 heating hose, 55°C, 15 m, 3/8" – 250 bar, for airless sprayers
Scope of delivery
The MICRO 4000 heating hose ensures constant material temperature control during the coating process, thereby improving the application of high-viscosity materials in airless systems. The integrated heating unit reliably maintains the material at a fixed preset temperature of 55 °C.
The uniform heating reduces the viscosity of many coating materials, thereby improving the spray pattern and ensuring a constant material flow. The heating hose is designed for an operating pressure of up to 250 bar and is suitable for all airless equipment.
System & Application
Heating hoses are used when coating materials need to be processed more effectively through temperature control. Particularly with high-viscosity materials, heating ensures a consistent material flow, finer atomisation and an optimised spray pattern.
The MICRO 4000 heated hose is ideal for industrial coating applications as well as for professional airless systems, where consistent material conditions and reproducible results are required.
