PrecisionSwirl features adjustable swirl speeds, base distances and flow rates for greater control and improved penetration on irregularly shaped parts. The system is compatible with most sealants, including stretchable sealants, thermoset epoxy and PVC plastisol.
PrecisionSwirl does not create air swirls, so the bead profile is consistent across the bead length, reducing squeeze-out, repair and waste. The applicator produces a variety of pattern widths, material thicknesses and spray patterns.
