SaniForce barrel emptying systems are designed to handle the thickest and toughest food, personal care, and pharmaceutical ingredients. With discharge rates of up to 99%, SaniForce systems reduce product waste while providing a solution for pumping products with up to 2,000,000 cps using hygienically designed high-pressure piston pumps. Ram systems increase food safety by forming a sealed system with the vessel and improve worker ergonomics by preventing injuries associated with manually scooping and dumping containers and ingredients. The inflatable sealing system is flexible enough to accommodate multiple drum shapes and sizes.
