SaniForce 515 double diaphragm pump
- 25.4 mm (1'') Tri-Clamp connection
- All materials in contact with the liquid are FDA-approved and fulfil the requirements of Section 21 of the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
- Material pressure up to 0.7 MPa (7 bar, 100 psi)
- Flow rates of 56.7 l/min
- Applications include emptying large volumes of liquid concentrates from receiving containers or repackaging materials from the original container into smaller containers - up to 10,000 cps
- Suitable for transferring the following materials: flavours, purees, sauces and other low to medium viscosity materials.

PTFE/EPDM overmoulded diaphragms
- Moulded diaphragm plate with PTFE on the material side and EPDM on the air side on Graco's PTFE/EPDM diaphragms - so there is no room for bacteria
- Improved wear and service life of the membrane without an exposed membrane plate on the material side
- Longer diaphragm life in abrasive applications where PTFE is still required
- Available for the SaniForce 515, 1040, 1590, 2150 and SaniForce HS 1590 and 3150
