    For fine atomisation of a rotating bell cup without electrostatics, Graco offers a non-electrostatic ProBell model. With fewer parts than electrostatic models, this conventional rotating bell atomiser adds less weight to fully articulated robots, masts or fixed fixtures.

    ProBell delivers the spray performance, spray pattern and finish quality needed to excel in any industry. Applications where the rotating bell atomiser has proven itself include automotive, facades, extruded aluminium, wood products and more.

    • The existing PLC (programmable logic controller) or a new installation is used for system integration.
    • The conventional spray gun is well suited for automated surface treatments where the fine atomisation of a rotating bell cup without electrostatics is desired.
    • The notched-edge aluminium bell cup has evenly spaced axial grooves that act as paint flow channels and produce uniform particles. This makes it ideal for atomising difficult materials such as clear lacquer.
