The Graco Manzel GBL 7500 pressure pump is designed for long life and maximum flexibility for easy system integration. Each model has been improved to function as a durable and virtually unbeatable solution in best practice applications.
For oil lubrication systems for pressure lubrication
- Mechanically driven by the camshaft in the reservoir.
- Adjustable from 1 to 27 drops per stroke - develops pressures up to 517 bar (7,500 psi).
- Robust design for maximum performance and durability with easy to adjust pump output.
- 1/4 NPT inlet (6 mm), to improve flow in high viscosity and cold environments.
- Dual ball discharge check valve reduces ball travel.
- Improved O-ring seals prevent leaks.
- Patent-pending built-in socket distributes force evenly across the piston tip to prevent bending and wear of the piston and rocker, ensuring a long service life.
- The ball bearing mounted roller has superior rotation to protect the camshaft from damage. The larger diameter roller distributes the load to reduce wear and improve pump life.
