Easy maintenance – This motor has 50% fewer parts than the NXT valve, making maintenance and troubleshooting a breeze. All motor components are easily accessible and require little maintenance.
Improved freeze-up performance – The valve poppets are thermally isolated and mounted separately, keeping them out of contact with the motor castings, which can occasionally cool below freezing. The new poppet valve and pilot tube design prevents the control valve from freezing, which can cause sudden failure. Freeze-up potential is reduced by up to 70%.
Less pulsation – 145% greater exhaust capacity in the air valve makes it possible to change strokes faster and more easily. This prevents irregularities in the spray pattern – a clearly visible difference.
The optimised edge pressing and seven instead of five neck seals ensure a tight and secure fit. The new MaxLife pumps have been designed for the most demanding jobs and offer maximum durability and a long service life.
Option to work with more guns – Thanks to the new high-performance Graco air motor, you can use multiple spray guns with almost no noticeable pulsation. A new distributor makes it easier for you to work with multiple spray guns.
