The Voltex dynamic mixing valve is a static rotary valve that evenly mixes and dispenses materials requiring high mixing energy. Designed with robust components and precision controls that prevent uneven dispensing, reduce maintenance downtime and optimise material consumption.
Reliably mixes, circulates and dispenses difficult, foaming polyurethanes, low-viscosity silicones and other difficult-to-mix two-component chemicals.
- Circulation controls are activated between doses to properly slurry mixed material and prevent premature curing.
- Easily integrates with Graco dispensing, mixing and delivery systems such as EFR, PR70 or HFR for a complete dispensing solution.
- The control system provides precise speed control and real-time monitoring for a stable dispensing process.
