PrecisionSwirl has adjustable speeds, base distances and flow rates for greater control and better penetration on irregularly shaped parts. The system is compatible with most sealants, including expandable sealants, thermosetting epoxy and PVC plastisol.
PrecisionSwirl creates no air swirls, so the bead profile is uniform over the bead length, reducing squeeze-out, repair and scrap. The applicator produces a variety of pattern widths, material thicknesses and spray patterns.
