The Advanjet HV-9500b jet valve provides non-contact jet dispensing for successful fluid dispensing in electronics, semiconductor, industrial and life science applications. A single, easily replaceable diaphragm eliminates the need for dynamic material seals common to all other emitters. There is no need to dismantle, clean and replace worn seals, saving time and money. The diaphragm enables high cycle rates due to its very low mass. There is no large sliding valve stem to slow down the process. With this new diaphragm design, the energy required to eject a droplet can be adjusted, allowing for larger process windows.
