The Advanjet HV-2000b jet valve enables non-contact jet dispensing for the successful application of fluids in the fields of electronics, semiconductors, industry and life sciences. A single, easily replaceable membrane makes dynamic material seals redundant, as is the case with all other jet valves. There is no need for disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of worn seals, which saves time and money. The diaphragm enables high cycle rates due to its very low mass. There is no large sliding valve stem to slow down the process. With this novel diaphragm design, the energy required to eject a drop can be adjusted, allowing for larger process windows.
