The Therm-O-Flow high-volume warm melt feed pumps are designed for more heating zones and provide excellent temperature control and application flexibility.
High-volume purge valve for warm-applied materials and tempered applications.
- Specifically designed for sealant and adhesive applications that require a heated fluid for processes up to 70°C (158°F).
- With one unheated pump and plate, you can heat up to 4 heated hoses and 4 hose end devices.
- Primary unit with ADM, can be configured as a tandem system.
- Add one zone expansion kit for 4 additional heated hoses and 4 hose end terminals or 8 heated accessories per TOFw pump.
- Add a second heated zone expander for up to 16 heated hoses and 16 heated end-of-hose devices for a tandem system, for a total of 32 heated zones.
- Includes Graco Advanced Display Module ꟷ an easy-to-use HMI with graphical user screens.
- Comprehensive integration options through Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS and DeviceNet or easy integration through separate I/O.
