The Therm-O-Flow large volume warm melt feed pumps are designed for more heating zones and offer excellent temperature control and application flexibility.
High-volume dispenser for hot-applied materials and temperature-controlled applications.
- Specifically designed for sealant and adhesive applications that require a hot-applied material for process controls up to 70 °C (158 °F).
- With one heated pump and plate, you can heat up to 3 heated hoses and 3 hose end units.
- Primary unit with ADM, can be configured as a tandem system.
- Add a zone extension kit for 4 additional heated hoses and 4 hose end devices or 8 heated accessories per TOFw pump.
- Add a second heating zone extension kit for up to 14 heated hoses and 14 heated hose end devices in a tandem system, for a total of 32 heated zones.
- Includes Graco Advanced Display Module ꟷ an easy-to-use HMI with graphical operating screens.
- Comprehensive integration options through Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS and DeviceNet or simple integration through separate I/O.
