Graco heated hoses are designed specifically for use with Reactor equipment. Hoses are a critical component for the entire system, so it is important to achieve precise and consistent heating for the best possible application.

The new multi-core copper heating element has significantly improved hose quality:
- Offers 10x* the lifespan compared to previous flat copper heaters
- Long-term, even heating without "hot spots"
- Backwards compatible with existing Reactor heated hoses
Copper heated hoses are designed specifically for use with Graco dispensers
Coated with a proprietary butyl layer to protect against moisture-sensitive isocyanates.
Hoses are fitted with foam insulation to retain heat.
Different fitting sizes on the hoses for isocyanates and resin prevent the incorrect hoses from being connected accidentally
Hoses utilise customised fitting set to electrically connect the hoses without the need to run copper under the fittings
Spiral whip hose with braided copper wires for added flexibility and longer service life
