The newly developed PowerBoost technology of the OptiFlex Pro series offers the highest powder loading capacity in the powder coating industry at 110 kV, while complying with safety regulations. In addition, the user benefits from excellent coating performance. The new feature complements the proven functionalities such as PCC mode, presets and individual coating programmes
and once again significantly expands the range of applications.

With OptiFlex Pro, you can coat extremely efficiently and with consistently high quality.
The PCC (Precise Charge Control) mode regulates the spray current with the highest precision even in the lowest ampere ranges (0-10 µA). This prevents overcharging even
demanding powders such as metallic powders and ensures the highest quality for thick layers, multi-layer applications and recesses. The DVC (Digital Valve Control) technology ensures accurate and repeatable adjustment of the powder output and ensures an even layer build-up.

OptiFlex® Pro Q

Colour change in 35 seconds

The OptiFlex Pro Q manual powder coating system is an advanced version of the proven OptiFlex Pro B and features additional modules for the fastest colour changes. The powerful vacuum source, built into the frame of the trolley, automatically cleans the outer surface of the suction tube when it is raised. The extracted powder is fed to the booth's filter system through an exhaust air hose. The automatic cleaning process is started either directly on the OptiSelect® Pro spray gun or by pressing the remote button on the control module. All powder-carrying components, from the suction tube to the injector, the powder hose to the spray gun and the spray nozzle, are automatically blown out with pulsating compressed air blasts.
