Mobile plate offers flexible curing options for automotive refinishing
The Tru-Cure™ product line is designed to provide uniform curing of most automotive refinish coatings. The portable, cost-effective system requires no installation and can be up and running quickly.
Our stand-alone infrared unit features a unique dimpled plate reflector that produces extremely uniform curing intensity and temperature across the entire surface. This ensures the fastest possible curing time while minimising the risk of over-curing or burning parts of your coating.
In addition, Trisk | DeVilbiss's Tru-Cure IR lamp units have a setting that allows them to be adjusted for both horizontal and vertical curing without putting additional strain on the lamp itself if it is constantly changed by the operator.
The IR lamp unit can cure larger areas at 60°C and 70°C.
