Air hose (red)
Recommended application -Premium air hose for use in wet paint applications.
Class B oil resistance. Developed for all painting areas as well as for industrial applications, especially in an environment where oils and lubricants are used. Also ideal for processing water and water-based materials. Temperature range from 0°C to 90°C (max.)
Inner hose - EPDM oil-resistant class B
Reinforcement - High tear resistance due to spiral reinforcement. Specially developed for maximum flexibility under pressure and connection reliability.
Hose cover - EPDM, red, supple, abrasion and oil resistant
Material hose (black)
Recommended application -Flexible premium hose for use in wet paint application and many other areas of material supply. The hoses are ideal for materials containing resins and solvents such as latex, as well as epoxy paints, urethanes, alkyds, fillers, acrylics, polyesters, silicones, oil and water-based paints and materials containing alcohol and latex. Temperature range from 0°C to 90°C (max).
Inner tube - nylon
Reinforcement - High tear resistance due to synthetic braiding. Specially developed for maximum flexibility under pressure and connection.
Hose cover - Black, soft synthetic rubber. Oil resistant class B.
Assembly of the reusable push-in fitting
Cut the hose to the required length. It must be a straight, vertical cut. Slide the hose sleeve or union nut with anti-kink spring over the end of the hose. Then push over the clamping ring. Clamp the hose connection body in a vice and press the hose in as far and as firmly as possible. A small amount of glycerine applied to the shaft of the hose connection acts like a lubricant and makes this process much easier. Then push the clamping ring onto the connection body. Press the hose sleeve over the clamping ring onto the thread of the body and tighten firmly with a spanner.
