High-performance, lightweight paint spray guns with basecoat and clearcoat technology A new, lightweight DeVilbiss Pro Lite paint spray gun for busy, professional painters who expect top quality finishes.

  • For solvent-based and water-based paint jobs.
  • The completely redesigned ergonomic gun body fits even better in the hand and is balanced for comfortable, controlled handling.
  • Versatile use in a wide range of climatic conditions and viscosities thanks to three highly efficient nozzles.
  • Smoother handling thanks to low-recoil coaxial air valve for even better air and colour control for easier achievement of fade-out and fade-in effects.
  • Faster, easier cleaning and maintenance thanks to simplified, user-friendly components.
  • The forged aluminium bodies have a robust gold anodised coating.
  • This makes the guns suitable for a wide range of painting tasks

The DeVilbiss GTi Pro LITE has become an icon of painting technology and has established itself worldwide as the first choice for professional vehicle painting. The reasons for this: outstanding atomisation performance, incredibly precise colour accuracy and excellent handling.
The GTi Pro LITE is now available in three colours. The highly resistant anodised surface is available in gold, bright blue and also in matt black with an extremely robust and resistant "Quick Clean" coating. Because we know that you need to be able to easily recognise every gun at first glance so that you can work optimally, quickly and efficiently.

FIRST-CLASS AIR CONTROL The design of the coaxial air valve minimises recoil. The GTi Pro LITE can therefore be sensitively controlled, transitions are perfect, colour accuracy is spot on and the finish is excellent.

PERFECT IN HANDLING AND FUNCTION We know how important the fit and feel of our spray guns are. And it's not about looks, it's about performance. The forged aluminium body of the GTi Pro LITE is ergonomically shaped to ensure a perfect, perfectly balanced grip.

Choose the perfect nozzle opening depending on the colour to be sprayed. Below you will find a reference table which you can use to determine our recommended nozzle openings for paints and varnishes. The size naturally also depends on the painter's preferences:

  • 2K lacquers: 1.3 to 1.4
  • Base coats: 1.2 to 1.4
  • Primers: 1.5 to 2.0
  • Spray filler: 2.5 to 3.0
  • Water-based paints: 1.3 to 1.4

HVLP vs. Trans-Tech:

HVLP Also not new - this technique emerged in the early 90's with stronger environmental legislation. A larger volume of air (300 to 840 l/min or 11 to 30 cfm) at a lower pressure atomises the materials. Despite the lower pressure, the application efficiency is significantly higher than with the conventional method The nozzle sizes used are slightly larger. HVLP spray guns are officially limited by law to a maximum atomisation pressure of 0.7 bar (10 psi).
Trans-Tech
The advantages of conventional and HVLP-based technologies were combined for the first time in the mid-1990s. TransTech enables more atomisation energy. In addition, the application efficiency increased compared to the conventional method. Like HVLP, TransTech fulfils the legal requirements, according to which the application efficiency of the processed materials must not fall below 65%. (BSEN 13966: "Determination of Transfer Efficiency of atomising and spraying equipment for liquid coating materials"). The air cap pressure is between 1.3 and 3 bar (20 to 45 psi) and between 250 and 560 l/min (9 to 20 cfm) are consumed. HVLP has therefore been replaced by TransTech in many applications due to its better performance.
