The air caps of the DeVilbiss DV1 Clear Coat, with their advanced internal geometry, ensure a perfectly even spray pattern for perfect painting. A low air pressure ensures improved control of the spray pattern, consistency in atomisation optimisation and application efficiency. A new combined air intake and air control valve with 12 times more precise sensitivity ensures more balanced air control. A consistent colour spectrum ensures the best possible colour matching. The new advanced air cap design reduces turbulence, preventing a cloud effect. The DV1 is significantly quieter when working, which is particularly pleasant when working for long periods.

A revised nozzle design with a larger fluid section allows a wide range of application types and flow rates in all climatic conditions. This new design drastically increases air velocity at the tip while maximising fluid suction through the gun, resulting in increased and more stable fluid flow for better colour reproduction – especially with the latest low-viscosity base coats.
